What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in at Bank Apartments is self-service from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Detailed access code information is provided before arrival.

Does the property offer free parking?
Yes. Each apartment includes one free parking space on the property. Additional parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Are Bank Apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, we accept stays with pets. An additional fee of 50 PLN per night applies. Please notify us in advance if you are arriving with a pet.

Is there a kitchen in the apartments?

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, and coffee machine, allowing comfortable meal preparation.

Does the property have an elevator?
No, the building does not have an elevator. We will be happy to help you choose an apartment that suits your needs.

Do you offer amenities for families with children?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair free of charge.

Is air conditioning available in the property?
Yes. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating with individual temperature control.

How does the Relaxation Zone (SPA) work?
The Relaxation Zone at Bank Apartments includes a jacuzzi and a sauna and is available exclusively after prior hourly or two-hour reservation. Use of the zone is an additional paid service, depending on the time slot.

Is Wi-Fi available in the apartments?
Yes, free wireless internet is available throughout the property.

How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through the booking system on our website or via Booking.com.

Yes. The central location near the Spa Park and the peaceful surroundings make Bank Apartments an excellent choice for seniors and guests visiting for spa purposes.
